With more people working from home and security platforms increasing security features we’ve started having issues with the emails from our event management system going to SPAM and JUNK MAIL folders. We’re reaching out to make participants aware, as confirmations and event notices may be bypassing your inbox. AdCare Maine is working with our provider to resolve the issue. In the meantime, please check your SPAM and JUNK MAIL folders and if your tech department only allows traffic from approved sites on their servers or wants to connect an application, they’ll need to whitelist the following IP addresses:
- 198.207.147.224/27 – for Cvent emails
- 204.239.0.224/27 – for Cvent emails
When emails are delivered, they come from a domain behind the scenes. When updating your whitelist, you’ll also want to include the following domains:
- cvent.com
- cvent.me
- cvent-planner.com
- cventmail.com
- cvtsv.com
- crowdcompassmail.com
- crowdcompass.mailgun.org
- eur.crowdcompassmail.com
- io.cvent.com
- mobile-event.cvent.com
